The song’s message is about facing challenges with strength and determination, emphasising that one should not give up even when feeling overwhelmed, while the video portrays the protagonist dragging around a large burden, in the form of an oversized model of himself. Passersby soon help him with his load, representing the mental relief of having people to talk to.
